sweet madeline

This weekend we went to visit Gordon, Kristin, and Madeline in CA. We thought that the cousins and aunts and uncles needed some bonding time. We got to spend some time enjoying our sweet niece, Madeline.






We went for a short stroll on Long Beach, and Hazel tried to go swimming. We spent a few hours at the aquarium--both girls really liked watching the fish.






We went to the little park at the end of the block where Madeline decided to eat some mulch. She really liked it, and kept going back for more!
























The girls ended their weekend together with some quality bath time. They had lots of fun playing next to each other and making silly noises at each other.

Hazel, after having a meltdown during the superbowl, just snuggled in with Sean. She even looked right at his face to make sure she knew who he was...we thought it might have been a case of mistake identity. She just needed a little sean time.
